Marvelous

Privacy policy

Last updated 2 September 2026

This policy covers the Marvelous website. It does not cover medical records, because we do not yet treat patients and this website is not built to receive health information.

What we collect

We do not collect health information on this website. There are no questions about conditions, symptoms, medications or medical history anywhere on this site or on the payment page, and we ask you not to send any. If you do, we will remove it. Once your membership begins we will give you a secure, separate way to share clinical information.

Why we collect it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of services to run the site, and they hold information on our behalf:

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell returning visitors from new ones. We also store a small record in your own browser of which campaign brought you here, so a sign-up can be credited to the right source. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; the site works either way.

How long we keep it

Sign-up details are kept while we are still in touch with you about membership. Membership and payment records are kept as long as we are legally required to keep financial records. Analytics data expires automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@marvelous.health and we will action it. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them here.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
